Refunds on bags/rolls
Products may be returned unopened for a refund within 30 days of it's shipping date
and may be charged a 15% re-stocking fee at our discretion. Items that are in
unsellable condition, no longer wanted, you changed your mind, missing parts or you
ordered the wrong product will not be refunded .No opened boxes of bags/rolls
accepted FDA regulations.
Please note that we will only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error
unless prior arrangements have been made with the return department. Return your
item(s) using UPS ground, FedEx ground or standard U.S. Mail. Authorization to
return must be granted by us before return.E-Mail us for details
